YOGA?!

Today I woke up late because I stayed up too late last night. I was SO tired the whole day! But at 7:00 I went to yoga for a church activity. I am not in any way, shape, or form flexible! It was tiring and I'm probably going to be sore tomorrow, but it felt really good!

Thinking I should exercise more... maybe look up a yoga routine... My favorite was child's position. It's the rest position where you're on your knees and you bend forward and stretch your arms so your laying on your stomach with your legs tucked under.

  1. I LOVE Yoga. I try and do it for 10-20 min a day, but that doesn't always happen.

    If you have Netflix, they have some Yoga routines on the instant watch =)
