Thinking I should exercise more... maybe look up a yoga routine... My favorite was child's position. It's the rest position where you're on your knees and you bend forward and stretch your arms so your laying on your stomach with your legs tucked under.

I LOVE Yoga. I try and do it for 10-20 min a day, but that doesn't always happen.
